So, Jason dropped a bit of info on me yesterday that, for SOME reason, is not just one of those - okay, I'll start to mull it over and ponder. NO! I actually reached the state of sleepless panic. So I need all of you to help me out.
Jason is almost certainly going to be getting out of the Marine Corps due to his Brain Injury as well as his PTSD and depression. Unless some miracle job comes up that he would be able to do to stay in....the process to go to the Medical Board will begin anytime between next month and October. Then, we play a waiting game. We certainly don't expect any expedition in the processing of his board, yet, it IS the Military's goal to get this process sped up to 90 days or less. This means, we could be out come mid-December. YIKES!!!!!
This also means WE get to PICK where we will move to. WHAT???!!! We get to decide? That hasn't happened in HOW many years????
SO here's what I need:
Suggestions on great towns to live in, with good-great schools, and housing that is under $150,000 --OR-- some one gracious enough to buy a house with the intent of letting us rent it, improve it, and maybe even buy it off you later. We want to stay in the Eastern half of the US. Much as I LOVE Colorado Springs, that's just alot further west then we feel would be best for our family.
